Set among rolling, wooded grounds, the Sherwood Residence called for a redesign that felt equally at home for quiet family living and weekend guests. Natural materials — timber ceilings, stone, and hardwood floors — were paired with soft, layered furnishings to create rooms that feel grounded, warm, and unmistakably lived-in.

MHI oversaw the full scope of the interior, from the primary suite and guest bedrooms to the mudroom and laundry, with every built-in, finish, and furnishing selected to suit the rhythm of daily family life while never losing sight of comfort and craft.
